Delivery and Returns

Delivery in Lithuania:

The goods are delivered to the LP Express postal machine or sent via Lithuanian Post within 3 - 10 working days after receiving payment. The delivery price in Lithuania depends on the weight of the product.

Delivery to other countries:

The goods are sent by registered priority mail through Lithuanian Post. Delivery within European Union countries takes approximately 7-14 working days after payment is received, while delivery to other countries may take 14-30 working days. The delivery price is determined by the weight of the package.

For alternative delivery methods or inquiries about faster delivery options, customers are advised to contact us via email or phone before placing an order.

Payment:

Customers who choose to pay by card will be required to enter their bank card details. When selecting this payment method, a credit card is not necessary; it is sufficient for "Secure online payment" to be indicated next to the payment card in the customer's electronic banking.

If customers choose to pay via the PayPal system, they will be redirected to the payment window where they will need to log in to their PayPal account, which should be linked to their credit card or bank account. After clicking the "Pay" button, the amount due will be automatically deducted from their account.

Exchange or return:

To initiate an exchange or return of jewellery, customers must inform us via email or phone.

Customers can exchange or return a product that meets the quality requirements but is unsuitable or not to their liking, following these guidelines:

The returned product should be sent in its original packaging, provided it has not been worn and its appearance has not been damaged, within 7 working days from the day of receipt. The package should be sent by registered mail (with the package registration number saved) or by courier.

Upon receiving the package, we will process the refund within 1-2 working days. All postage and customs costs associated with shipping an exchanged or returned item are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customers are reminded that they are responsible for the goods until they reach us. Therefore, when returning the goods, proper packaging should be ensured to prevent damage during shipping. All returned goods will undergo inspection. We reserve the right not to accept jewelry with signs of mechanical damage caused by the buyer's fault, improper care, or wear.

Please note that personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned.

Changing the wrong size:

Customers are advised that proper jewellery sizing is their responsibility. If they wish to resize their jewellery, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Taxes:

When sending jewellery to countries outside the European Union, customers should check for possible import and customs fees. If a purchased item is to be returned, it should be noted that import and customs duties are non-refundable.
